Security updates should go on within days of release, and everything else at least monthly. On our plans we apply updates as they’re released and test the site afterwards.
Do you provide backups of my website?
Yes! We schedule regular backups (daily or weekly, depending on your plan) and store them securely so your data is always protected.
Do you maintain websites that weren’t built by Panda?
Yes. We look after WordPress websites built by any developer. A full site audit is included before we begin, so we both know what we’re taking on.
Will you help if my site gets hacked?
Yes. Malware removal is included on every plan, so if your site is hacked we clean it up and restore it. If you’re not on a plan, our troubleshooting and recovery service starts at $249 + GST and includes a malware scan and removal.
Can I make changes to my website while you manage it?
Yes. You keep full access to your website. Just let us know before big changes so our updates don’t clash with your work.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan anytime?
Yes. There’s no lock-in contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time without penalty.
Do you host websites too?
Hosting is separate from the maintenance plans. We host WordPress sites from $25 a month + GST, or we can work with your current host.

We reply within 1-2 business hours. Uptime monitoring runs 24/7, so we often know a site is down before you do.
